Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
  • Balance cash drawer daily with precision and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account services, and problem resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to other banking products and services that meet their financial needs.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, security regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer accounts and transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming banking experience for all clients.

  • Support branch operational duties as required, including opening and closing procedures.
