Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Process a variety of financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain precise and confidential client records, updating information as required and adhering to data protection regulations.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various banking products and services, identifying opportunities to refer them to specialists when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to all internal policies, banking regulations, and compliance standards to mitigate risks.
- Support senior banking staff with administrative tasks, report generation, and other duties to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery skills.
