Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and banking products with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist clients with opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving account-related issues accurately and promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, internal policies, and compliance procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

- Educate customers on various digital banking tools and self-service options to enhance their banking convenience and experience.
- Process cash and cheque transactions, manage daily reconciliation, and ensure branch security protocols are diligently followed.

Required Skills
