Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate and timely information on banking products and services.
  • Assist clients with account management tasks, including opening new accounts, processing changes, and resolving transactional discrepancies.
  • Process various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions, updating client information systems as required.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products that meet customer needs, referring to senior staff where appropriate.

  • Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, internal policies, and security protocols to protect client information and assets.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a financial setting.
