Your daily interactions will span face-to-face engagements in our branch, handling queries over the phone, and guiding customers through our digital banking channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information on bank products and services.
  • Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
  • Assist customers with account opening, loan applications, and other financial services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Educate customers on digital banking platforms and self-service options.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and banking regulations.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Fluency in an additional Nigerian local language (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa).
  • Certification in customer service or sales.
  • Familiarity with digital banking trends and technologies.
