Key Responsibilities
- Execute the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces according to floor plans and client specifications.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and decorations with precision and attention to detail.
- Set up stages, dance floors, audio-visual equipment, and other event infrastructure.
- Transport equipment, furniture, and supplies safely and efficiently within the venue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, storage areas, and equipment before, during, and after events.
- Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and service personnel to ensure seamless event execution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and report any damages or issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 20kg).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
