Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings).
  • Assisting with the service of food and beverages to guests during events.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
  • Clearing tables and dishware efficiently and courteously.
  • Restocking supplies as needed throughout events.
  • Assisting with the breakdown of banquet rooms, including cleaning and storing equipment.
  • Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and event coordinators.
  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
