Career.zycto is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our vibrant team in Fort Grounds, Coeur d’Alene. Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event layouts and specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and décor.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests, adhering to established service standards.
- Clear tables, refresh drinks, and attend to guests' needs throughout events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, back-of-house, and banquet spaces.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, banquet captains, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests courteously and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event, including storing equipment and supplies.
- Attend pre-event briefings to understand event specifics, menu details, and service expectations.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their experience.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably banquets or fine dining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
