Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings).
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests throughout events.
- Clear tables and perform breakdown tasks efficiently after events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas, including dishware and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, event managers, and other banquet team members.
- Assist with inventory and storage of banquet equipment and supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional guest service with a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
