Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the complete setup of banquet tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner, following established service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and effectively to requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly throughout the event, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Ensure all service areas are stocked and maintained during events.
- Assist with the breakdown of banquet functions, including clearing tables, dismantling equipment, and transporting items to designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, banquet management, and other service personnel to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle delicate equipment and supplies with care to prevent damage.
