Key Responsibilities
- Execute the precise setup of banquet tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and audio-visual equipment according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Transport and arrange all necessary banquet equipment, linen, silverware, glassware, and china to designated event areas.
- Assist with the breakdown of event spaces promptly and efficiently after events conclude, ensuring all items are properly cleaned, stored, and accounted for.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damages, or shortages to the immediate supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure high levels of client satisfaction when interacting directly with event organizers or attendees.
- Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to understand requirements and improve future operations.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 kg (50 pounds) regularly, and occasionally more with assistance.
