Key Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other banquet equipment according to event specifications and floor plans.
- Place linens, dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery precisely for various events.
- Transport equipment such as tables, chairs, and other banquet items safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the breakdown of events, clearing tables, dismantling setups, and properly storing equipment.
- Ensure all banquet equipment is clean, well-maintained, and readily available for use.
- Support the banquet team in delivering exceptional service by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and event managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
