As Banquet Staff, you will be the face of our event service, ensuring every detail contributes to a flawless experience. Your responsibilities will span from the meticulous setup of event spaces, including table arrangements and décor, to the efficient and courteous service of food and beverages, and finally, the thorough cleanup and breakdown. Key Responsibilities
- Execute event setup according to detailed banquet event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional food and beverage service throughout events.
- Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages with efficiency and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests or issues.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service personnel to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Assist with the breakdown of event spaces, including clearing tables, washing dishes (if required), and storing equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Represent Career.zycto with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and carry items for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a banquet, catering, or restaurant service role (6 months+).
- Food Safe Level 1 certification or equivalent.
- Serving It Right (SIR) certification for alcohol service.
