Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Restock bar inventory, including spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes, ensuring adequate supplies.
- Ensure all bar equipment is clean, in good working order, and stored correctly.
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, taking payment as needed.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the bar manager.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with grace and efficiency.
