Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation, including cutting garnishes, juicing fruits, and stocking ice.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, bottles, and workstations.
- Restock bar inventory, spirits, beers, wines, and other supplies as needed throughout shifts.
- Ensure all bar equipment is clean and in good working order, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Support in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing water and basic assistance when bartenders are occupied.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
