Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
  • Interact warmly and professionally with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash register operations.
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed and reporting shortages.
  • Adhere to all local and national liquor regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure guests have a pleasant and safe experience at the bar.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Excellent knowledge of drink preparation and bartending techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
