Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and ingredients.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, spirits, and mixers, reporting shortages to management.
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws and regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the bar, including cleaning and restocking.
- Collaborate with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure seamless service for guests.
- Engage with customers to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar role within a hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation.
