Key Responsibilities
- Stocking and organizing all bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Ensuring the bar area remains clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout operating hours.
- Assisting bartenders with preparing ingredients and setup for service.
- Washing and polishing glassware, ensuring a constant supply of clean items.
- Changing kegs and replenishing ice as needed.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins from the bar area.
- Transporting supplies from storage areas to the bar counter.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating needs to the bar manager or lead bartender.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including breakdown and cleanup.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
