Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and providing excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing tabs and processing payments.
- Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Monitor guest behavior and responsibly manage alcohol consumption.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and waiting staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, rotating, and ordering bar supplies.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance beverage knowledge and service skills.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to responsible alcohol service.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or bar staff.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (due to alcohol service regulations).

- Excellent command of the English language.
