Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, mentor, and supervise a team of bartenders and service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement staff training programs on beverage knowledge, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, loss prevention, and conducting regular audits.
- Create and update innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills
