Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced barbers with client preparation, draping, and clean-up.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations, tools, and common areas.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in, and provide excellent customer service.
- Shampoo clients' hair and prepare them for services.
- Learn and practice various haircutting, styling, and shaving techniques under direct supervision.
- Shadow senior barbers during client consultations and service delivery.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
