Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced barbers with client preparation, including draping and setting up tools.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and the entire shop.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, offer beverages, and manage their waiting experience.
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system.
- Wash clients' hair and prepare them for barbering services.
- Sanitize and sterilize barbering tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Manage laundry, including towels and capes.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and notifying staff of low stock.
- Observe and learn barbering techniques, product usage, and client communication.
- Perform light administrative duties as required to support shop operations.
