Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and iced beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and back-of-house areas according to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, informing management of low stock levels.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee origins, and brewing methods, offering recommendations as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 6 months)
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
