Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling transactions efficiently using our POS system.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy work environment, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and back-of-house storage.
- Monitor and replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, alerting management to low stock levels.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and receiving deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Handle cash and card payments with precision and accuracy, reconciling the till at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive workflow.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, preferably for at least 6 months.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and espresso preparation.
- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and grinders.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with latte art techniques.
