Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, providing menu information and recommendations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including beverage stations, customer areas, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying management when reordering is needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor, escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and communicating effectively.
