Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items following Career.zycto's recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Stock and restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other supplies.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer questions about our products.
