Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with consistency and precision, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, taking orders accurately.
- Handle cash and card transactions, operate POS systems, and manage cash floats with integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, counter area, and seating areas, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, fostering strong customer relationships and teamwork among colleagues.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
