Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Process customer orders and handle payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing workstation and seating area throughout shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report any shortages to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning procedures.
- Engage with customers to answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell products.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer expectations, especially during peak hours.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista (minimum 1.5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
