Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on coffee and beverage preparation techniques, including espresso shots, milk steaming, latte art basics, and specialty drink recipes.
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service, accurately taking orders, answering menu questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions, and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee machines, grinders, counters, seating areas, and restrooms, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Assist with stocking inventory, refilling supplies, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available.
- Learn and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and product quality.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, actively communicating with colleagues and assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex situations to management for resolution.
- Uphold the brand's image and values through professional appearance and conduct.
