Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits, adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and ingredients.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report any shortages or damaged items to management.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as licensing laws concerning alcohol service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- Assist in developing new drink recipes and menu innovations to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints efficiently and courteously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in food and beverage service.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in mixology or bartending.
