Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and place orders as needed.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
