Job Description
This role demands more than just mixing drinks; it’s about curating an experience. As a Bartender specialising in Bar & Cocktail Preparation, you will be the lifeblood of the evening, transforming simple ingredients into liquid artistry. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly skilled individual to join a dynamic team in a renowned Nottingham establishment. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about mixology, dedicated to exceptional customer service, and eager to contribute to a thriving bar scene.
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding drinking experience for all guests, from the moment they approach the bar to their final sip. This involves not only expertly preparing a wide array of classic and contemporary cocktails but also maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting bar area. Your role extends to understanding our extensive beverage menu, offering informed recommendations, and engaging with patrons to ensure their visit is truly memorable. We value bartenders who can balance speed and efficiency with precision and flair, even during peak hours.
Beyond the art of cocktail creation, this position requires a keen eye for detail in stock management, ensuring all spirits, mixers, and garnishes are readily available and properly stored. You will play a crucial part in upholding health and safety standards, adhering strictly to hygiene regulations, and managing cash transactions accurately. Team collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, constantly seeks to learn new techniques and trends, and contributes positively to a supportive and energetic work environment.
