Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on beverage preparation, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Learn and master a wide variety of cocktail recipes, beer selections, and wine offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, garnishes, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state liquor laws and regulations, including age verification.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and a positive dining/bar experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next shift.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
