Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the physical installation of battery modules, inverters, and associated wiring.
- Help with the preparation of installation sites, including organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Perform basic wiring and connection tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with schematics and safety protocols.
- Support the testing and commissioning of newly installed battery systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs of battery systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times on site.
- Document work performed, including recording readings, observations, and completed tasks.
- Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as required.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of battery technologies and installation techniques.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical principles or mechanics.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (e.g., battery modules).
