Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead technicians with the physical installation of battery modules, inverters, and associated wiring.
  • Help with the preparation of installation sites, including organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.
  • Perform basic wiring and connection tasks under supervision, ensuring compliance with schematics and safety protocols.
  • Support the testing and commissioning of newly installed battery systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs of battery systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times on site.
  • Document work performed, including recording readings, observations, and completed tasks.
  • Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as required.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of battery technologies and installation techniques.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of electrical principles or mechanics.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (e.g., battery modules).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
