Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival at the beach area and assist with seating arrangements, providing menus and relevant information.
- Set up, maintain, and clear beach equipment including sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, and other recreational amenities to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Efficiently take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests on the beach, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to resort standards.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously, addressing any concerns to enhance their experience.
- Monitor beach areas for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort, promptly reporting any issues or hazards to management.
- Assist guests with water sports equipment rental, providing basic instructions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery and a cohesive guest experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and resort facilities to provide accurate information to guests.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, often under direct sunlight.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry items (e.g., trays, beach equipment).
