Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess skin and hair needs.
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including cleansing, toning, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massage.
- Administer advanced skincare treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and light therapy.
- Provide various hair treatments, including deep conditioning, scalp massages, and restorative therapies.
- Recommend and sell suitable retail products for clients' at-home care routines.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene and sanitation standards for treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques through continuous learning.
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate, detailed client records.

Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.

- Proficiency in diverse hair treatment techniques and product applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations and service delivery.
