Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skin treatments including facials, exfoliation, extractions, and bespoke skin analysis.
- Deliver professional hair services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and various hair care treatments.
- Consult with clients to assess their skin and hair needs, recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
