Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of professional skin treatments, including facials (deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydra-facials), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and extractions, using advanced techniques and equipment.
- Provide expert hair care services, including deep conditioning treatments, scalp therapies, hair masks, and basic styling, along with advice on hair health and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin and hair concerns, understand client goals, and recommend personalized treatment plans and product regimens.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, sterile, and organized treatment area, adhering strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Educate clients on product knowledge and aftercare instructions, promoting retail sales of professional skincare and haircare products to support ongoing client results.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and advanced treatment methodologies through continuous learning and participation in training sessions.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in various facial treatments and skin analysis techniques.
