Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, body wraps, and specialized massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue).
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their specific needs, preferences, and health concerns, recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area, adhering strictly to health and safety standards.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained before and after each use.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and a memorable spa experience.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend retail products to support their beauty and wellness goals.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
