Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including customized facials, therapeutic massages, professional manicures, rejuvenating pedicures, precise waxing, and expert makeup application.
- Conduct thorough and personalized client consultations to understand individual needs, recommend suitable treatments and products, and customize services accordingly for optimal results.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sterilization for all equipment, tools, and treatment areas, adhering strictly to salon and health regulations.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business through exceptional service delivery and profound product knowledge.
- Stay continuously informed about new beauty products, cutting-edge techniques, and emerging industry trends through regular training, workshops, and self-study.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk operations, including bookings and client check-ins/check-outs, when required.
- Actively promote and confidently sell salon retail products, providing expert advice on their usage, benefits, and suitability for individual client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for everyone.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Beautician, Beauty Therapist, Esthetician, or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in executing various beauty treatments including facials, massage, nail care (manicures & pedicures), waxing, and makeup application.
- Excellent knowledge of diverse skin types, cosmetic products, ingredients, and their effective applications.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with an unwavering customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently with initiative and collaboratively as a valued member of a team.
