Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for cosmetics and skincare.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate products effectively, applying makeup and skincare treatments to showcase benefits.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and fully stocked.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Stay informed about new product launches, beauty trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong product knowledge of various cosmetic and skincare brands and ingredients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail demands.
- High level of professionalism and a polished appearance.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or Makeup Artist.
- A established client book or strong networking skills within the beauty community.
