Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the salon.
- Manage and optimize appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling for multiple service providers.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process client payments accurately using our POS system and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the reception area, lobby, and retail display.
- Provide comprehensive information about our services, products, and promotions to clients.
- Assist with inventory management of retail products and salon supplies as needed.
- Support salon staff with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
