Gold Zanzibar Beach House & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Beauty Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxurious spa. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests to the spa, offering refreshments and assistance.
- Efficiently manage the spa appointment schedule, making bookings and adjustments as required.
- Handle guest inquiries about spa services, treatments, and products with comprehensive knowledge and courtesy.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions securely.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the spa reception and waiting areas.
- Assist with retail sales of spa products, providing recommendations based on guest needs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the Spa Manager.
- Ensure guests complete necessary intake forms and provide relevant information.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues with a polite and helpful demeanor.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and friendly disposition.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, booking software experience a plus).
