Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms before and after client appointments, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is sanitized.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including reception, lounge, changing rooms, and restrooms, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Manage laundry services, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh towels, robes, and linens.
- Assist therapists with preparation tasks, such as mixing products, refilling containers, and organizing tools.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of spa products and supplies, communicating low stock levels to management.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and in good working order.
- Greet clients warmly, guide them through spa facilities, and offer assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client check-in/check-out during peak hours.
