Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes.

Required Skills
- State-recognized qualification/certification as a Beauty Therapist (Kosmetikerin)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a salon or spa setting
- Excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nail care, massage)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
