Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body wraps, adhering to established protocols and client preferences.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with daily spa operations, including welcoming clients, managing appointments, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients feel comfortable, valued, and leave with a positive experience.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable home care products to maximize and maintain results.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on new beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Manage product inventory in treatment rooms, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or Spa Assistant (minimum 1 year).
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in performing a variety of beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nails, massages).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
