Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage to their rooms.
- Assist guests with luggage upon departure, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Assist with the transport of packages, messages, and other items within the premises.
- Operate the main entrance doors and ensure a welcoming approach for all visitors.
- Provide valet parking services if required, ensuring careful handling of vehicles.
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures of the establishment.
