You will receive comprehensive training to confidently handle orders, serve drinks with precision and grace, and maintain a clean and welcoming bar area. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present beverage menus with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
- Take accurate drink orders and relay them to the bar staff promptly.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to established standards and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and serving stations.
- Assist in restocking bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or special requests with professionalism.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and other front-of-house team members.
