Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating, sending, and tracking invoices for clients.
- Process and apply payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper allocation to accounts.
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies by working closely with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date billing records and customer information within our financial systems.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements, reports, and summaries related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in billing.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing and revenue recognition.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or similar finance role.
