Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial body corporate properties.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of property maintenance, repairs, and capital works projects.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and ensure accurate service charge accounting.
  • Organize and facilitate general meetings, board meetings, and extraordinary general meetings.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the German Condominium Act (WEG) and other relevant regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, residents, and external contractors.
  • Mediate disputes and resolve issues efficiently and professionally among stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property or facility management, specifically with body corporate.
  • In-depth knowledge of German Condominium Act (WEG) and related property laws.
  • Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and service charge accounting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or certification in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital property management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage diverse teams.
